The Old Red Old Ten Scenic Byway travels through ten communities that include Mandan, Almont, Sims, New Salem, Glen Ullin, Hebron, Richardton, Taylor, Gladstone and Dickinson.  Travel along next to Interstate 94, while taking time to visit and explore the unique shops, restaurants, historical sites and prairie landscape.

Glen Ullin History

Major Alvin Bovay surveyed the Glen Ullin area in 1881 and on August 6, 1883, the townsite was platted.

Escape to the peace and quiet of this beautiful rural campground. One minute from town without the noise of city living. Eleven acres of trees and grass with small creek through out. Three play places for your little ones to enjoy, and places to explore for the older ones. Glen Ullin Museum

The Glen Ullin Museum was established in 1984 and consists of 4 buildings: a 7-gable house built in 1884, Bethany church built in 1896, a rural schoolhouse built in 1920 and an exhibit building.
